Zoomies Dog Care LLC operates from 9 am-4 pm Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday appointments may be made upon availability.
To schedule an appointment please log on to your client portal and complete a client service request or email email@example.com. New client? Please email here to get started. When you email please tell me about your dog and why they would be a good fit for adventure/play group.
New client emails will be responded to within 1 weeks time. Please be aware that due to the nature of Zoomies providing small group sizes, spots are limited. I do keep a waitlist for potential clients, but can not predict when a spot will open up. Zoomies adheres to a strict policy of no more than five dogs per walk, not because it makes the most money, but because it is better for the dogs/community/clients. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellations may be made through your client portal or by emailing directly. Please cancel 48 hours prior to scheduled service to receive a full credit. Failure to cancel services 48 hours before service is scheduled will result in a full charge for service. We have this cancellation policy in place to prevent overbooking and ensure the highest level of care for all.
When you schedule a service your spot is reserved, if you do not give two days notice then it becomes difficult to fill your reserved spot and full payment is required.
Rest time is essential for our dogs and us humans too. I do not reply to non-urgent emails after hours. Please allow at least 48 business hours for a reply to a non-urgent email. If the issue is urgent I will always reply as soon as possible, regardless of the time.
Additionally, I allow myself rest on federal holidays in order to be my best self when caring for your animals.

Christmas Eve and Christmas
Holiday Services are available upon availability, additional $5.00 holiday fee applies for each service.
Invoices are available on your client portal as soon as a service request is approved. A confirmation email will be sent to the email on file. Payment is due before service is preformed.
Credit/debit cards, cash, check is accepted.
Payment may be completed through your client portal (credit/debit) or directly through me (cash,check).
Please inform me before hand if you intend on leaving cash or checks for me to pick up during services.

Zoomies Dog Care LLC partners with Time To Pet scheduling software to provide a seamless client experience.
Prior to your socially distanced meet and greet, you will be emailed a link to log on to Time To Pet, where you can create your user and pet profile.
We will reach out to you via email to schedule your complimentary meet and greet.
Please make sure you complete your user and pet profile before the meet and greet.
Please email pictures of the necessary vaccines and negative fecal sample to firstname.lastname@example.org For insurance and liability purposes, no services will be preformed without the necessary vaccination information on file.
Your client portal allows you to request and cancel services, see your dogs activity journal and communicate with your caretaker(that's me!), pay invoices, download them for your records, and more.
